Frequently asked questions
Is fuel included?
No. The vehicle is handed over at a recorded fuel level and must be returned at the same level. Fuel used is at your expense.
Can I take the vehicle out of the city?
Yes, provided you mention it when booking. A mileage supplement may apply depending on distance and road conditions.
What happens if the vehicle breaks down?
Call our support line. If the breakdown is our responsibility, we provide a replacement vehicle as quickly as possible.
Do you offer corporate rates?
Yes. For recurring or long-term rentals we set up an agreement with negotiated rates and monthly invoicing.
